<p class="Paragraph">Here you can specify the changes you want to view, i.e., according to a specific author or within a certain time frame. The filter criteria on this tab page determine which changes are displayed on the <help:link Id="65843"><span style="font-weight:bold;">List</span></help:link> tab page.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible">Mark the <span style="font-weight:bold;">Date</span> field to show all changes made within a specified time frame and define this time frame in the neighboring fields.</help:help-text> If you do not mark this check box, all changes will be displayed.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible">Click this icon to enter the current date and time in the corresponding fields.</help:help-text></p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:help-text value="visible">If you want to see the changes made by an specific Author, mark this check box and select the author in the combo box</help:help-text>. If you do not mark this check box, you will see all changes made by all authors.</p>
<p class="Paragraph"><help:switch select="Program"><help:case select="CALC"><help:help-text value="visible">If you only want to see the changes made in a specific range, mark this check box and enter the range in the text field.</help:help-text> To define the range, you can also use the <span style="font-weight:bold;">Set Reference</span> function. If you do not mark this check box, all changes made to the spreadsheet will be displayed.</help:case></help:switch></p>

<p class="Paragraph">You can use the filter to restrict or sort the display of changes according to certain Descriptions. The Descriptions will be displayed in the <help:link Id="65843">Changes </help:link>list. You will receive information about the type of changes and the <text:s text:c="" xmlns:text="http://openoffice.org/2000/text"/><help:link Id="65657">comments </help:link> associated with these changes. <help:help-text value="visible">Mark the <span style="font-weight:bold;">Description </span>field to display only changes, whose description contains a certain text and enter this text in the text field on the right.</help:help-text> For example, if you want to search for all changes with a comment in "Important", type "Important" under<span style="font-weight:bold;"> Description</span>.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">You can also use placeholders for filtering based on specific descriptions. They are the same <help:link Id="65852" Eid="platzhalter">regular expressions</help:link> as found in the <span style="font-weight:bold;">Find & Replace</span> dialog.</p>
